Refund policy

Returns:

Here at TopFoxx we love our customers and understand that mistakes can be made.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days for:

1) Original form of payment within 14 calendar days. 

or

2) Store Credit within 30 calendar days 

Exchanges and store credit are non-refundable.


Eligible Returns means:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, as stated on your tracking # information.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any TopFoxx handtags received in the original packaging.
  • All Sale items are FINAL. 
  • Accessories must be in the same condition, as received. 
  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits will not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Returns should be postmarked within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

      Returns are processed within 15-20 business days after delivery.


      Exchanges

      Any 'Eligible product' can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of delivery (from the date you received our product).

      Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns (domestic or international).

      Shipping charges are non-refundable.


      Late or missing refunds:

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@TopFoxx.com.

      Refunds take about 2-3 weeks during peak season due to higher than normal volumes.* 

       

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

       

      Return Process :

      • Please email Returns@TopFoxx.com with your First + Last name and return tracking number.
      • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (aka your invoice paper) to be included in your package.

      Clothing Items are FINAL SALE:

      Please note ALL clothing items are final sale. We have stopped re-selling clothes from our partner stores since December 2016 and anything purchased from this inventory is final sale. If you are unhappy with your purchase it is possible to exchange for another item, please contact info@topfoxx.com 


      ALL SALE ITEMS and GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL.
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Lost Packages

      Please check your Shipping Information carefully during checkout. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. If the package went to a wrong address, we ask that you contact the Shipping Company. 

      Import Duty/Tax

      Any import duties or fees the recipient is charged by the shipping company or their country's customs agency is the recipient’s responsibility, NOT Topfoxx, and for any delivery delays associated with such fees. We cannot provide an estimate on how much this may be, as the shipping carriers don't provide this to us. We have no say with your country's customs and import agencies. If the product is never picked up and sent back by the shipping carrier, you will be refunded for the product minus the real cost of shipping and handling.
