Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a few hours and up to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times can sometimes take longer than usual if we are experiencing higher than anticipated order volumes.


If the shipping address you provided at the time of checkout contains errors or is marked invalid by our system, you can expect processing times to be prolonged. Please triple check your shipping address to avoid shipping delays. 

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of checkout. 


Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have been experiencing inconsistent delays with carriers picking up and scanning packages on time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free regular shipping for orders over $60 to be delivered within the United States.
Regular shipping could take up to 10 business days for delivery and longer if there are delays with the carriers.

International Shipping


We offer international shipping to all other countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We also offer free shipping for international orders. The threshold for free shipping will vary, depending on the destination country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Topfoxx is not responsible for these charges or for any shipping delays associated with such fees if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We cannot provide an estimate on how much this may be, as the shipping carriers do not provide this information to us. We have no say with your country’s customs and import agencies. If the product is never picked up and the package is sent back by the shipping carrier, you will be refunded for the product, and the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Checking the status of your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also check the status of your order from our chat widget. 

If you haven’t received a notification that your order was shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@topfoxx.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Delays

Unfortunately, we do not have direct oversight of how your package is handled when it’s handed over to the carriers. If you did not select a guaranteed shipping method for your order, such as Express or Standard, we are not liable for the time it takes for your order to be delivered. 

Due to the current pandemic, and recent natural disasters, we have seen an increase in service disruptions among all carriers. Your package can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered in extreme cases.
If your package becomes lost in the mail system, we will receive an alert from the carrier. 

It is your responsibility to follow up with your local post office if your tracking information shows that it’s been delivered, but you have not received it. In this case, you will have to file a claim with the carrier before we can help you. 

Delivery Confirmation 

When your tracking information shows that it's already been delivered, this will be our confirmation to know that you already received your package. Once this is confirmed, asking for a refund will not be possible. 


If you see that there hasn’t been any tracking updates posted to the tracking page in a few days, please be patient! We will not send you a replacement until the package is rendered lost by the carrier to avoid sending duplicate packages to you. 

Peak seasons and holidays can also cause delays in the shipping process.
